美聯社報導，美國海軍10日宣布接管羅馬尼亞南部德韋塞盧一處導彈防禦基地，該基地預定2015年啟用，作為北約組織彈道防禦系統的一環。

美國總統歐巴馬計畫在歐洲國家部屬完備的導彈防禦傘，另一座導彈基地將在2018年於波蘭啟用。
