黃蜂颱風漸漸遠離，氣象局表示今（12）天水氣有機會減少，北部地區及宜花山區還是會有局部的短暫雨，但降雨會逐漸緩和；預測溫度，各地最低溫約20到23度，還是有涼意，白天高溫在北部及宜蘭約27到29度，整天感覺算舒適，中南部及花東則約30到32度，日夜溫差較大，請適時增減穿著。

氣象局指出，今天除了北部地區及宜花山區會有局部的短暫雨，台東及恆春半島也有些局部降雨，而中南部及花蓮維持多雲到晴的天氣。

這幾天受強烈東北風及颱風外圍環流影響，台灣附近風力強勁，氣象局今天持續發佈陸上強風特報，提醒沿海空曠地區及各個外島都容易有9至10級的強陣風出現，並且也讓台灣附近海面的浪相當大，台灣附近都有3到4米以上的浪高出現，北部海面及東半部海面甚至有超過6米的浪高，提醒各位朋友非必要請儘量避免從事海上或沿岸活動。

另一方面，氣象局也發布大雨特報，新竹以北山區及基隆北海岸有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨及強陣風，山區並請注意坍方及落石。
