挖鼻孔是不少人私下會做的事，但就在你挖得爽快、痛快的同時，你可知道太常挖鼻孔可能會喪命嗎？

《生命時報》就提供了這樣的健康小知識。報導指出，頻繁的挖鼻孔，會讓指甲內的細菌容易殘留在鼻腔內，若鼻腔內溫度、濕度達到他們的生存條件，細菌就容易大量繁殖，造成人體上呼吸道感染。且鼻子其實位在臉部「危險三角區」內，鼻腔黏膜容易因刺激引起鼻炎，若炎症控制不好，可是會侵入顱內，威脅生命安全。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
