我在奇摩拍賣2014/9/19，店家IMAGE買了兩件褲子
之後店家跟我表示有一件褲子缺貨，請我換另一件褲子
我也跟他聯繫好敲定要換得褲子，10/5褲子到超商了我去取貨
取貨當時我付了全額兩件褲子的錢，但是我只收到一件褲子
於是我去詢問那邊詢問店家，店家表示:

如今10/15，都快要過了一個月，我又已經付了全額
日後他還是不出貨，我消費者可以從甚麼管道客訴、舉發、申報?
