恐攻嫌犯受審　持有英前相布萊爾住址

英國法院14日開庭審理1名涉嫌密謀恐怖攻擊的男子，疑似計畫攻擊英國前首相布萊爾。由於這起案件相當敏感，檢察官甚至希望審判完全不公開。 　　

報導稱26歲的殷塞達（Erol Incedal ）於2013年10月被逮捕，殷塞達否認準備從事恐怖攻擊和搜集相關資訊的指控，檢察官惠坦在法庭上表示殷塞達準備從事的恐怖行動，不是針對有限人數、具重要地位人物，就是較廣泛的任意攻擊，好比2008年印度孟買的攻擊案。 　　

警方在殷塞達黑色賓士車上發現一張字條，上面寫有英國前首相布萊爾的地址。這起案件的審理將分成3種形式，部分對外和媒體公開、部分僅對10名記者公開，以及完全不公開。英國皇家檢察署則基於國家安全，希望這起案件的審理能夠完全不公開。這是英國近來司法史上的空前要求，但這項申請已在6月遭上訴法院駁回。（國際中心／綜合報導）
