疑用問題牛油 3億食品主動下架

衛福部今天公布頂新製油實業，102年6月21日至103年7月4日，曾自越南進口18批牛油，其中有8項疑似問題牛油品項，有違反食品衛生安全之虞，嘉義縣衛生局今天中午到有進貨的大林鎮三億食品公司稽查，業者表示，油品早在10月8日就預防性下架，數量約214包，目前都放在待銷毀區。

業者說，公司於10月8日正義公司爆發問題豬油事件時，因發現正義與頂新同屬「頂新集團」，立即主動向衛生局通報有向頂新購買「精緻牛油」，每次進貨208公斤，而且都是1次用完再進貨，用來製成「麻辣牛油」，主要供應餐飲、火鍋小吃店等，作為火鍋湯頭用，今年共進貨3次，最後一次是9月。
