為什麼隨身碟(硬碟)容量買越大，實際容量也少越大

譬如2G隨身碟插入電腦USB槽，實際可用的硬碟容量是1.91G

但插入16G的隨身碟實際可用的硬碟容量只有14.9G

如果廠商用1000MB當1G(原本1024MB等於1GB)

每1GB都少24MB，也不應該少那麼多吧？

差最多就是電腦裡的硬碟說是500GB但實際硬碟總容量只有465GB多一點點

請問隨身碟(硬碟)容量買越大我們有被坑了嗎？
