鹽奶案 檢收判再決定是否上訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北28日電）台北地院今天審結鹽奶殺嬰案，傷害致死罪判處被告鄒雅婷20年徒刑。台北地檢署表示，將於收判後經研議再決定是否提起上訴。

女嬰緗緗在去年11月因高血鈉症死亡，檢方查出女嬰的伯母鄒雅婷因妯娌不和，被控在女嬰喝的奶粉內加鹽，依殺人罪嫌起訴鄒女，鄒女遭羈押至今。

台北地院今天依成年人故意對兒童犯傷害致死罪判處被告鄒雅婷20年徒刑。全案可上訴。1031028
