美國QE退場 維持低利率

美國聯準會（Fed）29日結束為期2天的貨幣政策會議，台灣時間30日凌晨2時公布會後聲明，宣布停止購債，完結美國為應付金融危機而啟動的量化寬鬆（QE）政策，不再每月購債150億美元。QE政策高峰期時，美國每月購債多達850億資金。

此外，聯準會將維持低利率「一段相當長時間」。

美國聯準會公開市場操作委員會（FOMC）表示，勞動市場條件改善，實質工作增加、失業率降低。一系列勞動市場數據顯示，勞動市場鬆弛的現象逐漸消退，而非日前的「勞動市場仍顯著鬆弛」。
