大陸首家上海浦東單獨設立智慧財產權局

集專利、商標、版權行政管理和綜合執法職能於一身，大陸首家單獨設立的智慧財產權局，在上海浦東正式成立，並將於2015年1月1日正式運行。

財新網報導，浦東新區智慧財產權行政管理，和執法體制改革一方面歸併整合新區層面的專利、商標相關職能；另一方面在上海市相關部門支持下，承接市相關部門下放的部分專利、版權管理和執法事權，實現專利、商標、版權的集中管理和綜合執法。

包括國家智慧財產權局副局長何志敏，市委常委、浦東新區區委書記沈曉明，市政府副市長趙雯，市政府副秘書長肖貴玉，市政府副秘書長、浦東新區區長孫繼偉等人出席成立宣布會。
