南韓：促北韓改變態度需對話

正在美國訪問的南韓統一部長官柳吉在昨天表示，到目前為止，為促使北韓改變態度，韓美合力對北韓施壓，但為獲得更大效果，需要和北韓對話。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社指出，柳吉在出席華府智庫戰略暨國際研究中心（CSIS）舉行的研討會時，作上述表示。

柳吉在指出，韓美兩國在北韓相關事務上需要保持合作。韓美需要明確告訴北韓，放棄挑釁與孤立而選擇對話與合作，北韓將會獲得好處。

他說，現在韓美正需要探討能夠解決北韓問題的多種富有創意的方案。尤其是北韓核問題和改善北韓人權狀況是刻不容緩，解決這些問題符合韓美兩國的利益。

對於六方會談何時重啟，柳吉在表示，韓美兩國緊密合作與溝通尤為重要。從大架構來看，為了解決北韓核問題，周邊國家需要保持溝通。
