陳菊：內閣制或總統制 可以討論

針對新北市長朱立倫宣布參選國民黨主席並提出的修憲公投主張，高雄市長陳菊認為國家是內閣制或總統制，應從長遠看，很多國家都有相關經驗，適不適合我國，可以討論。

陳菊贊同降低投票年齡，並強調這是民進黨的主張；現在重要的是國會改革，現行的選舉制度選區太小，會產生弊端，優秀人才無法出頭，因此要好好面對、考量。
