義大利商人和中國大陸企業復星集團一年多來爭購法國度假村集團「地中海會旅行社」（Club Med），近日義大利買家宣布收手，意味這個全球知名的連鎖度假村將由大陸企業入主。

法國世界報（Le Monde）報導，義大利商人波諾米（Andrea Bonomi）已透過投資公司宣布放棄競購。

這樣一來，有意收購Club Med的買家只有中國大陸的復星國際有限公司。

報導指出，Cleb Med連年虧損，2013-2014年度就淨虧1200萬歐元（約新台幣4億5800萬元），但波諾米和復星集團一年多來相繼競價，直到復星集團去年12月提出以每股24.6歐元的價格收購，高於波諾米提出的每股24歐元。

報導表示，復星集團於2013年5月開始競逐時，提出的價格是每股17歐元；而目前每股24.6歐元的價格，讓Club Med總價達到9億3900萬歐元。
