嘉縣凌晨投藥撲殺5800隻鵝

嘉義縣昨晚又有3場種鵝場被農委會證實感染H5N8，嘉義縣家畜疾病防治所長翁有助深夜11時，帶領30多位工作人員兵分兩路，前往種鵝場投藥，凌晨零時將鵝5隻裝一袋，送化製車全數撲殺，預定撲殺種鵝共5830隻。

翁有助表示，防治所是昨晚7時接到農委會家畜衛生試驗所檢驗傳真報告，證實日前送檢的大林鎮3場種鵝場，確定感染H5N8，翁有助立即指揮防所治所人員，連夜展開投藥及撲殺行動，3種鵝場撲殺行動至今天上午6時許結束後，國軍化學兵預定上午9時到大林鎮，協助重點地區防疫消毒。
