協商高鐵　王金平：不牽涉其中恩恩怨怨

國民黨立委否決交通部的高鐵財改方案，民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘希望立法院長王金平出面協商。王金平上午受訪說，柯建銘還未跟他聯絡，高鐵的財改方案是立法院的預算案決議，送到立法院院會也只能是報告案，看通不通過，不能是討論案，因為委員會不同意，所以無法送到院會，他會私底下看各黨團有什麼意見，再整合一下。

不過，王金平也強調，這不是正式的朝野協商，討論出來的方案也無法強制行政部門接受。媒體問，交通部的原始方案是否要打擊原始股東？王說，討論高鐵不牽涉其中的恩恩怨怨。至於怎麼做比較好？王也說，他不能先表達意見。（何哲欣／台北報導）
