俄公布銀行資本重組計畫細節

俄羅斯財政部長希魯阿諾夫（Anton Siluanov）23日表示，資本額250億盧布以上且願意增加貸款給經濟體系重要產業的銀行，將能參加1兆盧布（156.5億美元）的資本重組計畫。

根據俄國政府開的條件，銀行須截至今年元旦有至少250億盧布的資本，且願意每月至少增加貸款1%給經濟體系的重要業者，才有資格參加這項計畫，單一銀行最多可獲得相當於資本額25%的貸款。希魯阿諾夫也表示，獲得注資的銀行還需透過其他管道籌資，金額相當於獲得資金的50%。

油價大跌和西方國家祭出制裁導致俄羅斯經濟陷入衰退，使俄國銀行業面臨的財務壓力愈來愈大。分析師警告，俄國銀行可能需要更多資金，才能避免陷入危機。
