「末日鐘」再調整　人類毀滅只剩3分鐘

3分鐘後，世界末日降臨。《原子科學家公報》組織（Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists，簡稱BAS）周四將其「末日鐘」（Doomsday Clock）時間向後調整2分鐘，現在距離代表世界末日的午夜12時，只差3分鐘。這是自1984年美蘇冷戰時代之後，距離末日最近的一次。

1947年，主編刊物的科學家首創「末日鐘」，提醒核子戰爭的迫近，上次調整時鐘是在2012年，從11時54分調後一分鐘至11時55分。

《原子科學家公報》執行主任班尼迪克（Kennette Benedict）表示，在今日世界，未受控制的氣候變遷、核武競賽，對人類的持續生存構成「異常而無法否認的威脅」，且世界領袖未能做出及時而有力的行動，來保護公民免於潛在的災禍。領導者的失敗，使地球上所有人陷入危險。（林奐成╱綜合外電報導）
