北韓：勿對促兩韓對話建議說三道四

北韓官媒「中央通信社」報導，北韓國防委員會今天發表聲明稱，若南韓針對北韓為改善南北韓關係而採取的措施作任意解讀或說三道四，北韓將採取「果斷的懲罰措施」。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社指出，北韓的聲明也要求南韓不要歪曲和污衊北韓的真誠和意願。

北韓21日透過板門店聯絡管道向南韓發送北韓20日在政府、政黨和團體聯合會議上發布的「致全民族呼籲書」，具體內容包括要求南韓放棄「體制統一論」、制止南韓民間團體對北韓散發傳單、停止韓美聯合軍演等。
