空軍派出C-130協助春節輸運

農曆春節連續假期將屆，國防部為了協駐外離島官兵與民眾返鄉過節，將配合交通部規劃，自2月17日至24日（農曆小年夜至大年初六）在松山與屏東機場，各準備一架C-130運輸機，待命應援馬祖、金門、澎湖等地區，配合支援緊急輸運作業。在不與民爭利的前提下，使外離島地區官兵與民眾，能在最短時間內協助返鄉歡度春節。

參謀本部後勤次長室後勤管理處長周一新少將說，當外離島如因天候不佳，或因節日人潮造成大量民眾滯留，此時由交通部發動軍機輸運機制，以傳真公函方式提出申請。

周一新也說，如果搭乘C-130往返外島的民眾，依據行程程序法仍須繳納費用，單程訂為新台幣1000元。
