裁員風吹到西門子全球炒7800人

法新社報導，德國工程巨擘西門子（Siemens）今天宣布，全球裁員7800人，其中德國將裁員超過3000人，西門子正致力重整，旨在節省成本將近10億歐元。

西門子在全球有超過30萬名員工，西門子在聲明中表示：「為精簡行政管理，全球將裁近7800人，其中德國將裁員3300人左右。」

彭博社報導，西門子這次裁員占全球總人力比重近2%，執行長凱瑟（Joe Kaeser）設法藉此削砍成本，以改善獲利。

凱瑟去年就表示，將透過精簡部門結構與簡化區域業務，節省成本約10億歐元（11億美元）。
