發生在2013年日月明功集體虐死高中生，死者父親認為陳巧明和詹母黃芬雀都應負責，去年向彰化地院提起損害賠償訟訴，包括喪葬費、扶養費、精神慰撫金等共求償974萬多元。

法官今判決陳巧明、黃芬雀應連帶賠償322萬多元給詹父，但詹父不滿，表示「沒辦法接受如此判決！」將再提上訴。
