新電腦問題多?!

最近購入新電腦,是自組的
東西一切就緒後,灌了正版win7(校園資源)
結果之後幾次開機一直鬼打牆(風散轉了幾下就停了接著又轉了幾下又停了如果不把電源拔掉會無限循環)
不過後來又能正常開機
但開遊戲(2K15)就藍屏(測試好幾次都是這樣)

完全沒有頭緒請問可能是哪裡出了問題嗎?

電腦配備
cpu: i5-4460
MB:asrock:h97m anniversary
HD:1TB
RAM:創建4G*2(這是沿用舊電腦的有可能是他出問題)
GPU:Powercolor r9-280x 3g(舊的)
POWER:黑騎士 550W

目前的想法是重灌(有點懶....好麻煩)
另外就是某個零件壞了....不過我真的看不出來是哪壞了
