90多歲高齡肥貓段宜康批衛福部失職

民進黨立委段宜康今天在立法院質詢時指出，胡惠德、林朝宗分別在衛福部捐助的寄生蟲防治會、保健基金會等機構擔任董事長，一個93歲、一個95歲，每個月仍領超過13萬高薪，衛福部根本沒監督。

立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會今天進行衛福部業務報告，段宜康說，衛福部「忘了」政府曾經捐款成立這兩個基金會，擔任董事長的胡惠德、林朝宗都是台灣省政府時代的老官僚，利用職權成立基金會，由政府出資，接受政府委託，自己再擔任基金董事長。

段宜康說，兩人都已經90多歲了，連行動都有困難，但仍分別在基金會擔任有給職的董事長，月領超過13萬，還配司機、座車，衛福部應該立即檢討。衛福部部長蔣丙煌則回應，衛福部會盡快了解，將依適法性來處理。
