第3號颱風巴威生成　對台無影響

原位於關島東方海面上的熱帶性低氣壓，今天凌晨2時發展成為今年第3號颱風，中文譯名為「巴威」(Bavi，越南命名，原意為當地山脈名稱)。根據中央氣象局資料顯示，目前巴威颱風以時速21轉27公里速度向西北西移動，朝菲律賓方向前進，具來台灣超過3千公里，短期內對台灣陸地天氣不會造成影響。（張勵德／台北報導）
