請問有大大可以幫我嗎?

七龍珠XV的要進去(刻歷)歷史的書、主線的門，請問為甚麼進不去?

出現一個框框日語，大約意思是說:

<<<有記錄正下載未完成，...SO無法進去...>>>

其實我也不是看得很懂，大約意思就是我不能進去...

請問有甚麼方法可以進去跟那個拿劍的男的說話，繼續進去主線任務嗎?
