超強「台鐵e訂通」首創線上報警功能

台鐵訂票APP好強大，首創線上報警功能。台鐵今天宣布，台鐵行動應用軟體「台鐵e訂通」將全面升級，不但訂票後可直接採信用卡線上付款，若在火車上遇到危險、癡漢和可疑人事物，或有其他旅客身體不適，需緊急求援，還可用APP直接線上報案。

台鐵表示，自2014年6月30日開放行動應用軟體「台鐵e訂通」1.0版供民眾下載使用；期間接到民眾多項建議後研議及加以改善，並自3月18日今天上午11時起，推出「台鐵e訂通」2.0版更新版供下載使用，將正式開放信用卡付款功能，並於時刻表查詢新增線上查詢模式供使用者選擇及中英文切換設定等服務，同時也納入鐵路警察局的線上報案功能，縮短通報流程提升時效，更精進旅客服務品質。（李姿慧/台北報導）
