關於排水管水量的問題

我們家房屋及庭院只有一條私人水溝通至路旁水溝
庭院內為明溝，但從庭院大門接至外面水溝的部份
則是縮減成一根直徑約7.5公分[2吋半]的PVC管
[我也不知道是當初設計者是怎麼想的?]

而外面的路面[水溝]比庭院地面略高約5公分

當雨下比較大且時間稍久，雖然外面巷道及水溝沒積水
但是庭院內的水溝卻常滿水至庭院，明顯是最後一段出口的PVC管排水能力不足

目前的計畫是從庭院另外再打地埋幾條PVC管至外側水溝，長度約2公尺
所以想請問下列的PVC管(2吋、2.5吋、3吋)每分鐘大概可以排出約多少公升的水量?感謝回答!!

相關工具我都有，我也會接管，不須要請人施工，所以不要介紹廠商給我!!!
