宏都拉斯共和國首都德古西加巴市長阿斯夫拉伉儷一行，下午拜會台北市長柯文哲，阿斯拉夫市長致詞時特別表示，他在國內一般都不穿西裝打領帶，今天看到柯市長的穿著，深表認同，因為做市長就是要工作，柯文哲聞言，也不禁低頭整理了一下服裝。隨即雙方簽下「兩市友好合作瞭解備忘錄」，並交換禮物。
