入手才3個月耶！

本公司手機外觀不在保固範圍
請拿至維修站自費更換⊙_⊙

再打去買手機店家
也直言屏裂為人為使用不當
自費更換要價5000現大洋
還缺料中!

想問真的每個廠牌都没對外觀保固嘛？
消費者只能自認倒楣喔！
去消保申訴會有效嘛？
