標題[請問] 颱風天窗戶貼黃色封箱帶的作用是?

路上看到仲介商店關門打烊 她們的玻璃窗都十字交叉貼黃色膠帶 從窗戶看出去 隔壁大樓窗戶也十字/叉字貼膠帶 是防止窗戶被吹裂嗎?? 醬子有用嗎?? 真的有被吹裂過嗎?? --
