因為我也才剛出了場車禍..看了研判表也是有點傻眼..
因為研判表只是初步評估而已..
您可向事故地點的調解會申請調解..然後您要請車廠估您車子的維修費..零件跟工資要分開..
財損賠償會有折舊率..小客車耐用年限為五年..之後就會以殘值來換算..也就是您更換的新零件會折舊計算...您維修費近30萬卻不見得定獲得理賠30萬..
總之先去申請調解..然後看情況在進行下一步
可請您的保險公司查看對方的車子有無第三責任險..有的話可找保險公司理賠..車禍事故處理粉紅色那張單子會有對方車牌號碼..
