謝長廷：當兵是要報效國家 結果卻被國家報銷掉了

【張麗娜／台北報導】行政院前院長謝長廷下午主持廣播節目時表示，陸軍下士洪仲丘案，前幾天有上萬名年輕人穿白衣包圍國防部，這就是犧牲換來覺醒，「洪案讓許多人感同身受，當兵是要報效國家，結果卻被國家報銷掉了，這樣要怎麼去當兵？」

謝說，洪案屬於人權層次，一定要盡速調查真相，讓社會安心。另一方面他也希望台灣能夠建立法治信任制度，雖然制度公信力很低，但還是希望慢慢去累積公信力。

謝認為，現在應該要做的是調查真相，而不是像名嘴天天上節目，一個檢察長上電視，結果講話不精確，一下就會被看破手腳。
