標題[請益] 被資遣面試時要誠實以告嗎?

我上份工作是做街頭募款，組織要求的業績目標最後我沒達到被資遣，我自認上分工作有認真在做，所以過去面試時我都據實以告，不曉得這樣是不是給面試官帶來不好的印象，至今面試都沒有結果(我應徵的皆非業務性質) 朋友說我不該說得太直白，就說"轉換跑道"就好但很難說公司不會去查我離職的原因我是不怕對方查，過去我有沒有認真做主管跟同事有目共睹假若我要說我被資遣的原因，說法上是不是該委婉還是...?
