抵達羈押庭 陳毅勳的律師：相信審判獨立

北部軍事地方法院今晚重開士官陳毅勳羈押訊問庭，陳的律師孔令則、江松鶴開庭前半個多小時抵達，表示還沒看到高院撤銷交保的理由，但相信軍事審判官 (長)可以秉持獨立、公正的精神，不受外界影響。

陳毅勳晚間9點乘部隊車輛，穿便服、戴帽壓低頭躲避媒體拍照，車上副駕駛座還有一名人員陪同，和司機都穿便服到場，車直接進入法院地下室，準備9點30分開庭。
