審計部決算審核報告指出，截至101年12月底，全國被占有的國有房舍高達776戶，總面積超過13萬平方公尺。民進黨立委李應元今（26）日指出，國有房舍最大的侵占者是救國團，長期侵占松江路的黃金地段，侵占面積高達5580坪。
他說，救國團在松江路辦公室的租金，每坪每月都在2千元以上，因此每年的不法利益在1.3億元以上。
李應元表示，馬政府一再宣稱財政吃緊，卻不見積極活化國有資產的措施，這些年來被侵占的國有房舍反而逐年升高。
李應說說，根據審計部統計最近5年（民國97 年至102 年4 月），國有房舍被占率從民國97 年底之9.93%，逐年攀升至民國102 年4 月底之17.72%，光是民國100年一年內，被侵占國有房舍就增加3萬平方公尺。
李應元表示，財政部應採積極作為排除占用，追討侵占者的不法利益，增加國庫收入，維護國家資產的權益，這才符合公平正義。
