憲法133實踐聯盟誓言，以公民力量瓦解馬家軍立委。台聯黨主席黃昆輝今（26）日親自召開記者會呼應憲法123實踐聯盟，宣布即日起，啟動罷免國民黨立委吳育昇。
黃昆輝在黨秘書長林志嘉、立委許忠信、葉津鈴等的陪同下，召開記者會指出，台聯去年連署罷免馬英九總統，今年5月20日在立法院未能成案後，就思考罷免「只有馬意沒有民意」的藍委。
黃昆輝表示，近來因為社會氛圍逐漸成熟開始進入細部的規畫，由於憲法133實踐聯盟日昨宣布啟動罷免吳育昇，台聯決定首波投入協助公民罷免運動，希望所有的社會力量全力投入，在此地區突破，讓罷免吳育昇案儘速成案。
黃昆輝強調，台聯的罷免名單不是只有吳育昇，而且已經著手在地方部署，等到部署妥當就會正式公布，因為公民團體已提出罷免吳育昇，為避免力量分散，決定先全力投入共同罷免吳育昇，待吳育昇罷免連署告一段落，台聯會持續提出下一位或多位罷免的名單。
黃昆輝說，本周三就會到淡水開始推動罷免連署，首先在台聯新北市黨部設立罷免吳育昇連署總部，也準備在吳育昇的選區如淡水、泰山、林口設立連署站，各種文宣品、大型看板也會儘快推出，也歡迎當地熱心的朋友來擔任志工。
