建商許文同跟妻子12年前假造死亡意外詐保，領走6千餘萬元，夫妻遠走大陸躲藏，今天刑事局將許文同押解返台，查出許家人獲賠後還給親戚1600萬元，其餘由3名子女分得。許文同否認有詐保意圖，警詢後將他依詐欺、偽造文書及違反國安法罪嫌，傍晚移送基隆地檢署偵辦。
