標題[討論] 大家會要求加薪嗎?

6月的時候聽說公司有員工去跟大主管要求加薪 理由當然是覺得自己貢獻跟薪水不成正比 當然最後是被打槍了 那個要求加薪的員工也準備離職做到今年底準備換新工作了...(應該是年後上班) 大家有要求加薪的經驗可以分享一下嗎.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.181.161
