請幫忙推薦適用的平板電腦

各位大大們安安：

由於最近幾天想購買一台適合自己和４的女兒使用的【平板電腦】但是有幾個問題想請求幫忙解決或給建議感恩～
１、因為只用於玩遊戲所以預算在３０００～４０００
２、家裡目前電腦主機已經壞掉了但是網路仍然空繳半年多了沒有退而且有申請免費的AP. WiFi 讓我的手機使用ㄎ可是如此只這樣子使用20M的網路費用需要繳8,900元好像太貴太浪費了不知道降網路費到最低時會不會影響到wifi的速度並且能手機和平板電腦同時可以共同用wifi上網(網路寬頻是:中華電信)
3. 如果搭配中華綁約的話(買平板) 我是不是就要退掉寬頻網路而只使用另新申辦的平板電腦月租費的wifi 那麼我的手機還可以分享這個wifi嗎？
4.請幫推薦適合的單機購或綁約購的平板電腦型號和規格
