全民監督國道收費　檢舉56件全無異常

「全民監督國道通行費計畫」除夕當天上路，高速公路局指出，統計初夕和初一2天的檢舉案件，第1天有19件檢舉案，第2天37件，經調查後，總共56件檢舉案都排除和全民監督國道通行費有關。

高公局總工程司許鉦漳指出，第1天的19件檢舉案中，查證後有8件跟全民監督計程收費無關，另有8件是用路人對計程收費有誤解，剩下3件也沒有重覆扣款；昨日的37件檢舉案，除1件是客服申訴，其他36件都是扣款檢舉，但經調查後，都無誤扣款情形。高公局已一一用電話或電子郵件澄清。(陳如嬌／台北報導)
