竹蓮寺擊鼓108響　信眾求來年順利

新竹市竹蓮寺循往例於除夕夜11時40分關廟門，由主委許修睿持香祭拜，淨爐後擊鼓鳴鐘108響，0時整開啟廟門，供信眾祭拜插香。信眾可在關廟門前就先進廟參與儀式，儀式完成後，信眾就可插香，因此並未出現信眾爭先恐後搶頭香的狀況，廟前廣場則有獅陣、鼓團等表演，替民眾帶來喜氣。（林師民／新竹報導）
