【環資報導】雪谷線高空纜車 避地質問題採複線系統

台中市最近積極進行連結谷關到大雪山森林遊樂區「雪谷線」高空纜車相關法定程序。這項計畫預算預估26.7億的計畫，包括纜車及飯店、商場經營，將以促參法進行，預計4月進環評、9月招商，2017年營運。因當地地質不穩定因素高，開發單位首度採複線循環系統減少塔柱設施。

開發單位經記者詢問時表示，為了避開順向坡等地質敏感區，因此減少塔柱設計，並改採複線自動循環式空中纜車系統，根據顧問公司說明，車廂將由一條不動的主索支撐，再由另一條通過傳動牽引系統的拖曳索推動；安全運轉風速每秒小於20公尺，線上最大運轉速率每秒6公尺。用電除市電供應主驅動裝置外，另增設緊急狀況時獨立驅動裝置...（特約記者廖靜蕙／台中訊）
