行政院長江宜樺今天上午率領副院長毛治國、經濟部長張家祝，台電董事長黃重球舉行記者會。江宜樺指出，最近對核四爭議，府院黨數次會議，今早代表政府說明意義，對於會議共識，「行政部門全力支持」。

江揆表示，外界質疑停工是否意味停建、廢核或是否涉及重大政策變更，「並沒有重大政策變更」。江宜樺說，去年朝野協商即已針對核四預算案作出決議，即在公投有結果前不追加預算、放燃料棒；且除已發包、安檢等預算外、其餘工程均暫停施工。

他說，朝野協商決議很清楚，這也是行政部門處理主要依據。
