拼海外併購 谷歌擬投300億美元

（法新社舊金山22日電） 全球網路搜尋龍頭谷歌公司（Google）告訴美國監管單位，谷歌計畫動用多達300億美元的海外資金，收購外國企業或技術專利。

谷歌回應美國證券管理委員會（SEC）的提問時表示，有意利用這筆來自海外營收的巨款進行併購。

谷歌致函主管機構說，谷歌「合理預測」，未來幾年必須投入200億至300億美元的海外盈餘，來支應未來海外併購或技術。

谷歌在這封日期為2013年12月的信函中表示：「隨著海外業務拓展至行動裝置等領域，競爭對手與事業夥伴不再只有以美國跨國公司為主，因此我們預期將大舉動用海外盈餘進行併購。」

谷歌說，併購是整體發展戰略的一環，而這種趨勢是讓交易規模變得更大。

美國科技顧問公司恩德勒集團（Enderle Group）分析師恩德勒（Rob Enderle）認為，谷歌短期內不會展開海外大併購，將資金留在海外可能是為了避免繳納美國稅款。（譯者：中央社劉文瑜）
