鄭嫌曾做人格測驗 「心理、人格正常」

北捷連續殺人事件兇嫌鄭捷曾念過的國防大學理工學院今天早上說，鄭捷入學後第3天就做人格測驗，結果心理健康且人格正常，後來7月4日又做過Basic量表，也是一切正常。

理工學院政戰主任宋卓立說，鄭捷大一下暑假與同學都受過7周的基本戰技訓練，接受如刺槍術、單兵戰鬥教練等訓練。宋卓立說，鄭提大二時選讀兵器組，內容為大型軍事武器的概要，但僅有教授原理，未有實作。後來二下鄭捷課業表現不佳，修的23學分共有12學分被當，因此被二一退學。當時同僚對他的評語就是自我意識強。
