【更新】高鐵今因停電暫停駛　延誤3千人

（更新:新增受影響的高鐵班次增為6班）

高鐵今表示，今天上午11時，因台電跳電，131、134兩班列車原本要通行彰化與雲林間，因此無動力行駛，稍後11:06，台電恢復供電，131列車恢復行駛，預估延誤10分鐘左右。但134列車恢復供電後，仍發出異音，因此該列車以龜速行駛到台中站後，讓旅客在台中站換車，預估延誤30分鐘，也因此延誤其他班次，目前統計共6班次受影響，受延誤的旅客，約有3千人。
 
高鐵表示，雖然此次高鐵是因為台電跳電導致無法行駛，但高鐵仍會對於受影響的旅客從寬認定，應可認定為受延誤30分鐘，依高鐵規定，可退半票。（生活中心／台北報導）
