擺脫虧損　三商壽上半年賺8.2億元

三商美邦人壽（2867）今日公布上半年自結獲利8.2億元，每股稅後純益0.66元，較去年同期年減46%，不過公司淨值達254.7億元，較去年增加36.6億元。三商美邦人壽財務長楊棋材日前提到，今年第一季因為銷售長年期保單，認列相關費用，加上投資也未能有實現資本利得，因此第一季虧損6.3億元，但今年第二季可望恢復獲利，總計上半年自結稅後純益賺8.2億元。三商美邦人壽也強調，今年挑戰連續10年獲利目標不變，且應可達陣。

對於金管會今日公布保險業競爭力提升方案，其中在強力布局亞洲市場，三商美邦人壽也透露，將透過私募現增方案，引進策略性合作伙伴，不排除與陸資合作，而三商壽目前也已申請北京辦事處，主要用來蒐集當地商業訊息。而三商壽受限於中國保監會532門檻，將以參股方式西進中國市場。（黃國棟／台北報導）
