德盛安聯PIMCO多元收益債券產品經理蔡明潔指出，歐元區制裁俄羅斯影響自身經濟復甦，加上經濟數據偏弱、通縮疑慮增強，德國指標10年期公債殖利率過去一周持續再破低點，顯示投資市場對於安全資產仍有需求。

除了德國公債出現逾十年來最大利差，美國上周發行30年期公債，發行殖利率為2013年5月來最低，認購倍數2.6倍也高於近期水準，反應美債需求強勁。

蔡明潔指出，過去一周可轉債受惠於股市回升表現可圈可點；高收益債獲得資金回流、俄羅斯美元公債殖利率明顯回落，上周全球高收益債與新興市場主權債表現亦突出。
