德國總理梅克爾今天指出，西方國家對俄羅斯的制裁必須持續，這才能彰顯我們多麼嚴正看待「烏克蘭危機」。

梅克爾在與拉脫維亞總理會談後表示，如果坐視不管，情況不會好轉。
