「一塊」做愛心捐款　掛號寄收據反倒貼

「一塊」捐款，雖愛心滿滿，卻苦了愛兔協會，因每筆捐款以掛號寄收據反倒貼，該協會呼籲，不要再捐1元了。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，中華郵政VISA金融卡上周三推出，民眾在虛擬通路刷卡不限金額，就送超商早餐活動，網友以「最省錢」的方式，捐款1元給社福團體。

愛兔協會最近收到上百筆「1元捐款」，據「勸募條例」每筆收據須以掛號信寄出，每筆1元捐款就要倒貼24元，總計已倒貼數千元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
